Lovely display of stones! I learned the meaning of stacking stones whilst travelling through the Himalayas. At the highest points, we would get out of our 4WDs and stack some stones to pay respect to "Jomolungma" (meaning mother goddess) the Tibetan name for Mount Everest. It was a fine tribute indeed.
Oh how I miss my big house with it's huge garden…This economy is so tough, gardening is the only thing that brings peace in my life. I love your garden and the pics you have shared. Thanks plantstay.com

Love it! I save little rocks from hikes, important places and add them to my terrariums or garden. It's a great little reminder of where we've been.
Lovely arrangement and soft colors. And SUPER impressive performers as xeriscaping! =)
Hello–this is a lovely arrangement–I love smooth rocks in the garden! Just fyi, I left you a comment on your espaliered pear tree post of June 17th.
great colors on those rocks, I like to pick one up every year on vacation and I add it to my garden border as well

Wow what a beautiful collection of flowers. lovely display stones in a garden. amazing arrangement. small garden design
What a lovely collection of stones.
I collect stones and shells from different places, but had never thought to arrange them. Mine usually get put into my bubbler fountain.
I have long since forgotten where each one came from, but I still know that it was one of many wonderful places.
