  • Cool! We're having lots of rain here, now that it's warm enough to do some planting. Oh, well, I've gotten some things in, and they are doing well because of the rain.

    Have fun at the plot!

  • Kathy – real life has kept me away from the computer for the last week; on my return to cyberspace I am delighted with how much you've done! Do you actually manage to feed yourself entirely?
Its the London Marathon theis morning but once thats over – I'll be in the garden, attempting to do all that I've squiggled down on scraps of paper in my enforced absense.

  • Hi! I just want to say I'm a secret admirer of your blog. It's one of the most inspiring web sites I've seen. And helpful! It's motivated and advised me on my own garden as well as the garden I've created with the kids I teach. Thanks a ton!!

  • I'm glad you're teaching gardening to the kids. I still remember when I first learned that you could grow your own food – for FREE! – I was amazed.

Glad you're back on line madame butterfly. Yes I grow all of our vegetables from around June through October or so. I' looking forward to getting back to my homegrown cuisine soon.
