Seems like about a foot of light fluffy snow that is still coming down and blowing all over the place.
Hi Kathy lovely pictures, we had snow fall Friday here in London it still hasn't cleared as the temperatures are below zero even in the day. Very festive but as it gets thinner very slippery! John and I are wrapping gifts and listening to the Doris Day Christmas album which just has to be the best, love Doris!! Hope the snow storms in Eastern USA I have read about on BBC don't cut your power or anything! Take care. Marian (LondonUK)
Very pretty, but I got a chill just looking! Does Skippy wear a sweater in the really cold weather? I grew up with a boxer who wouldn't go out in the snow or rain without her red rubber boots! Okay, maybe she was a little spoiled…– Happy holidays, Daisy in AZ
I am considering getting Skippy "boots". He gets snow balls in his paws very quickly. We've used wax in past years, but this only helps a little. I need to clear the snowballs every couple minutes and they must hurt his paws as after a bit he just doesn't want to walk.
Kathy,Our Daisy has the same problems with snow balls on her paws. She's old and thankfully we don't get snow that often.
Hi, This is the good blog with good images and good details. Please keep on posting the more stuff. I will like to hear more from you.
Goodness! So much snow! I don't remember the last time I saw snow like this.
Skippy must be happy in the snow! The first time my two little Maltese, Marcello and Tia, saw snow, their little legs sank in and their tummies were flat on the snow. They couldn't move, and their eyes got huge with surprise! My daughter bought them each a jacket that said "stalker".Merry Christmas, to Skippy, too.
Black dogs are much easier to see on snow, aren't they?
