Do you know if there is any public place near Boston where I could snip off a branch? It’s kind of a family tradition to have them wherever you live (in memory of our grandfather, who took us all pussy-willow-hunting), but I haven’t seen any yet so far…although, I live in Cambridge near MIT’s campus, so I suppose I’m not surprised that I haven’t seen them…

One of my very favorite signs of spring — I think it’s a bit early here in NS, but I’ll be keeping an eye out!
This bush is very sheltered and right next to my house. Its always early.
