I don’t think you can beat the beautiful blue color of borage.

  • How pretty! I’m growing borage for the first time this year…it’s still tiny as it got a late start. I’ve heard the leaves taste like cucumber…do you use them in salads?

  • Borage has very beautiful flowers. I always thought I should plant them for the blooms alone. I’ll have to add it to my list next year. Great photos.

  • I do plant them for the flowers alone, though I have been meaning to try the leaves in salad.

As my sister reminds me, once you plant it, it’ll come up all over the garden in future years. I always enjoy my dill plants volunteering among the carrot and beans. Hopefully I can recognize borage seedlings and have scattered borage too.
